Our smart meter is not working. For a few weeks now it has been saying that it is connected to the meter but not receiving data. I have turned it on and off at the wall, unplugged and changed locations to be nearer hub but nothing worked. Any ideas? Thanks.

Level 7823-04-23Best AnswerYou'll need to speak to customer service to have it re-authorised and paired to the electric meter. That's what 28-1 means. You won't be able to do it yourself.Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

Level 7821-04-23Got it! In that case, your IHD isn't paired properly. You need to get it paired to the electric meter again. Are you also getting 29-1 on Gas?

Yes, that's about right. If it's out of warranty, they won't replace it. You might be better off saving your pennies and using a free app like Hugo or Bright.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -
