I would suggest sending an email to hi@eonnext entitled Next Drive Off-Peak Charging Times, putting your account details, name and address in the text together with your questions as detailed on here. Your reply will then be in writing direct from an advisor to you and any problems will be easier to address as you will have easily accessible evidence.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

Hi i changed my tariff from economy 7 to next drive on 4/3
    seems like a great tariff
however the marketing web page says cheap tariff is from 12-7am
My economy 7 tariff was 12:30 to 7:30am
i phoned Eon yesterday for clarification and they said it was 12:30 to 7:30
Currently I’m not using between 7 to 7:30 and 12 to 12:30 just in case I was advised wrongly
as if I accidentally use the peak rate it’s nearly 4.5 times the cost of the cheap rate.
Please confirm which time period next drive cheap rate is please and also what happens when the clocks go forward?
    Many thanks

When is this happening? I registered my interest previously but haven't been contacted and i'm now looking at switching supplier to get a preferential tariff [as most others appear to have an option].

Happy Sunday people 😊 - how was everyone's weekend?
@Nigel57 did you get any updated information on this? We're here to help if you didn't get all you need! That's a great Q @HarlowJones & @ddonn ⭐ and if I'm entirely honest, that's not our ball game ⚽ as it will be a different area of the business. But I have indeed enquired about it and as soon as I hear back I'll let you know 😊 - as we're still in the process of dotting the I's and clearing up everything I don't want to give you figures that may change! But once cemented I will update you.

@Han_EONNext No I’m hoping for your written confirmation of the night rate timing
Advert for the tariff says 12 to 7am but I’m being told 12:30 till 7:30
Having 2 time periods being quoted is un-nerving
    Hoping for your written confirmation
    many thanks

@ddonn Next Flex Drive - as an existing customer I changed to this tariff on 4/3 and was quoted Night rate 11.5p/kwh & Day rate 49.82p/kwh & standing charge 49.26/day.
Of course that may vary with area? And new versus existing customer?

    @Nigel57

12 to 7 is a general 'guideline' window for the 7 hours off peak rate (equivalent to Economy 7) but will very much depend on the time scheduling arrangements which will depend on your region and DNO. Some areas will be 11.30 to 6.30, some 12.30 to 7.30 and the majority will be 12 to 7.

Until you have the appropriate meter installed and a new Supply Number attributed to the meter, it's hard to specify exactly what the time slot will be. Once the meter is in, no problem as the supply number will confirm the timings.

If you already have a dual rate meter, then we can decode the top line of your supply number/MPRN for you to determine your particular window.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

    Hey @HarlowJones,

I don't have a date at the moment but it is looking like it will be very soon. If it was a while ago now that you registered your interest I would suggest maybe just filling out the form linked above again just to make sure that you haven't been missed for any reason, then someone will get back to you 😊
