I recently moved over to eon next a week ago and i have smart prepay meters. I can log on to the app and on the website but i still cant top up online or get a barcode to top up in a shop, does anyone know how long it usually takes to be fully set up so you can top up? I just keep getting told to wait a few more days everytime i call them up and im going to have to put the emergency on soon, so i dont want to end up with no gas or electric and no way to top up

Have you tried logging in through the E.ON Next website directly? Try logging in with this link: https://www.eonnext.com/dashboard/accounts and it should enable you to top up or access the bar code 🤞

Yes i have tried that and when i click on the top up or to get barcode it just comes up with a blank screen
