There are a lot of posts here about poor service, missing features etc etc but thought I'd pass on some more positive feedback.
About an hour ago I submitted my latest FIT meter reading, now that the submission window is open. I've already had an email confirming the submission, with a statement attachment included.
That, to me, is a very good turnaround time and I look forward to the payment being received in the next few days (going straight onto my gas/electric energy account!).
I'm so pleased to hear that your statement was generated quickly, thanks for popping on to let us know. I love reading about our customer journeys (especially when they go smoothly) as not only does it flag up what we need to work on but also shows us when we are doing things well 😊
