How long

    I signed a contract on 19th February 2023 to go on to nectflex Economy 7 from 1st March 2023
    Received an email on 30th March stating that as 8 weeks had passed since my complaint with no resolution in sight, i could escalate it to the Energy Ombudsman, which I did

    Energy specialist phone said my account was in a mess but didn't explain what would happen next or give a time scale for it to be sorted out
