When you move out of a rented house, do EONext repay the credit balance on the repayment meter? Or do you just lose it?

You can request a refund of the credit on a prepayment meter when you move out. In order for us to do this we need a picture of the credit on the meter along with pictures of the following screens on the meter:
Electric:
Screen R
Screen S
Screen T
Gas:
Screen 26
Screen 27
Screen 28

If the occupants report their leaving through the website with associated meter reading, there is no reason why the credit monies should not be refundable.
But not necessarily straightforward.Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
