Hi @Gary22, there would be different reasons why a smart meter is not available to be supplied and these reasons vary a lot depending on the location of the property, the type of smart meter needed and the connectivity for example.
Have you been in touch with our customer service to discuss this matter? Did they give you a reason why it is not possible? Are you talking about a smart meter or an IHD ? (In home display).
