January Highlights 2023!

    Now that we have kissed goodbye to 2022 πŸ’‹... And waved hello to 2023 πŸ‘‹ what a better way to bring in the year of the πŸ‡ then sharing our January highlights!

    Growth and productivity is most certainly one of the Goals of the Community this year and we started the year with a bang by hitting 15,000 members 🀯! (That's 9.3 miles long!). Thank you Community πŸ’• and thank you to all our members who help positively impact others to stick around! I remember the feeling when we hit 5,000 members...that feeling sure does stick around.     January saw many wins go by not only within our Community but within the wider E.ON Next space πŸ™Œ. You'll be happy to know that over the month we have seen a major drop in the wait time to get a response from Customer Services and your queries are addressed quicker πŸ˜€.

    On the topic of Customer Service, your feedback and suggestions enabled us to highlight where our Energy Specialists need more training and the gaps filled. The Community team were able to roll specialised Tone Of Voice training to new and more experienced Energy Specialists that will ultimately will help us to deliver better service to our customers πŸ“’.

    On the 16th January 2023 the Community team took part in National Energy Saving Week 2023. Our aim was to try and cut down our personal energy usage as much as we could do and we used amazing tips from you guys to help us πŸ˜›. The week was hard to say to least and the temperatures dropped again 😰 and a few of us did wake up to snow ❄ but we certainly learnt a lot! And we have lots of tips and trails to ensure that going forward we are making those small and mighty changes 🌳🌍.     We have seen lots of queries and questions surrounding our Demand Flexibility Scheme. The scheme is subject to eligibility and some customers have found it hard to understand the scheme but it has been lovely to see some of our members engaging and helping to advise others as to what to do next!
