I AM disabled and my boiler is not working properly it's only six years old and it's been serviced every year and can't afford a lot let alone a call out charge , any help because been with eon for 37 years but now it's eonext they don't want to know so I don't know what to do .

Many Local Councils offer help with Home improvements which can include heating repairs, but each Council has it's own rules and schemes, so it's worth checking. Other than that, organisations like Citizens Advice might know of any help in your area.😀
