Your meter is faulty, but for now you are still on supply. You will need to send an email to hi@eonnext.com with all your details in the body of the email, attach a photo of your meter if you can and put 'Failed Prepay Meter' in the subject. Hopefully that will get you a response.

@retrotecchie is absolutely right! The meter has gone into something called 'free vend mode'. This is where the prepayment meter will continue to run as a credit meter and it is very unlikely that your supply will end. Contacting us to get that meter fixed/exchanged is all you need to worry about right now 🙂

I called on 0808 501 5200 and waited for more than half hour but no one is pick up or nothing
I mailed them on hi@eonnext.com but didn’t get anything that I can contact company!!!

@Urvish that number and email is correct 😊 we have a little wait at the moment but we will respond as soon as we can do. Some members have explained it was easier to contact via WhatsApp
