I have been trying to connect you since early
September to get my Gas smart meter connected.
I have emailed many many photos of the meter reads, been promised various call backs, and messaged you on all platforms.
You have now sent me an estimated bill
for £800 usage for gas alone in less than 2 months, we have barely had the heating on so it’s grossly incorrect.
You are in possession of many meter reads and photos, how hard is it to correctly connect the right meter and generate a bill.
And then go into your latest bill and check that the bill shows the correct meter serial number attributed to your account.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
