Level 914-12-22I need to take it to the shop to top up. But I've not received any vouchers as I've tried to tell them they have my address wrong. I've got the energy ombudsman investigating. I can't take no more -

The ombudsman will not entertain a complaint until you have gone through the proper procedures and have received a deadlock letter from E.On Next.
The only thing I can do from here is to flag @Beki_EONNext or @PeterT_EONNext and ask them to investigate the problem with the address on your account. Is your address completely wrong, a previous home or something, or just a minor error? -

Well, can you delete your last post to remove your address details first of all. I'll push as hard as I can on this for you when the staff are back in in the morning. I'd also be tempted to go and bang on the door of the other address as I suspect they may have got your vouchers, and possibly used them
