I've got an EON installed smart meter but since the transfer to EON Next no meter readings have been taken for over 80 days now, even thought the meter appears to be working normally. How long should it take for EON Next to reconnect to my smart meter? The transfer was completed quite a while ago now and I'm surprised that an internally initiated migration has resulted in such a long period of disconnection.
Is there any chance you can pop me a private message with your account number or address so I can look into this with you and make sure all has gone to plan? I'll be back with you as quickly as I can.
