Has anyone had their voucher for this month yet I’m still waiting for it to arrive it was late last month and they said it was because of the Royal Mail strikes I’ve had to use my emergency twice while I’m waiting for the voucher it’s suppose to arrive the first week of the month.

No, it's supposed to be dispatched within 11 working days of the start of the month. Vouchers should arrive no later than 21 Dec, but will possibly take longer if they are stuck in the post.
You should not be relying on the voucher as your only source of payment, but as a supplement to offset increased bills. If you use your emergency credit it will cost you more.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -
Level 610-12-22@retrotecchie thank you hoping it arrives next week my one for November arrived the second week of November. I’m skint at the minute that’s why I’ve been using the emergency and normally the voucher gets me through the month. I have a prepayment meter so I don’t have any bills for my gas or electric which means that when I have no money I can’t put anything on my meters which is why I have had to go into the emergency on both my gas and electric this month.

I know the feeling. And just to really pee me off, we now have no water as a main has burst cos of the weather. Anyway, fingers crossed it does arrive soon.

Think my oil radiator is why we have used so much electric but at the minute we have no money on the gas you don’t realise how bloody cold it is until you have no heating. Thank you so do I. It’s a nightmare relying on the voucher.

It has benefits...can't use the 8kW electric shower and no boiling the kettle, or using the washing machine, so I'm saving a bit on the electric...although the oil boiler will also shut off if the water pressure doesn't come back soon....but hey, could be worse. -

It's all good saying shouldn't be relying on voucher but UC is a pittance and unfortunately I am relying on the voucher esp as the price increase means what used to last me a month is now lasting a fortnight if lucky.
Am glad to know I'm not the only person who hasn't received December one yet. -

Your UC is possibly rather more than I get from Carers Allowance at £63 a week which is currently my sole source of income... -
