I received my final bill a month ago, and was in credit (>£1000). The bill said the repayment would be made within the next two weeks. That time has come and gone and there was no repayment made. Until yesterday, my account continued to show "repayment not yet applied", but now that's disappeared, and it just shows that I'm still in credit.
I've tried contacted e-on by phone, WhatsApp, email, but I'm yet to get any reply, just weeks of silence, so now trying here as well.
I'm really sorry to hear about what's happened with your refund. I just wanted to explore a couple of things in relation to your final bill which may have caused this to fail.
Did you receive a final bill in relation to moving out of your home, and if so, what date did you move out and what date was the final bill issued?
