I'm guessing they are snowed under with people complaining their government grant didn't hit their account at a minute past midnight...
As it showed up on the 6th of October last month, I would assume it will be the same this month.
My money is on 75 minute wait times being about average, but then I put a tenner on The Bojo coming back as PM, so don't take my advice!
