Hi, just looking for some advice.

I moved into a new build on the 1st of June this year. I'm still waiting for my gas + electric account to be setup. I've contacted Eon numerous times via Twitter, Whatsapp, email and phone. Each time I manage to get a reply I give my details and they are passed on to the new accounts department.

I leave it a few weeks, contact them again for an update and find out my house is still registered to the builders company. I'm asked for my details again, and they are passed on again.

I understand it's a busy time but four months on and I seem to be getting nowhere.

How long does it normally take for an account to be setup? Is there a way to contact the new customer registrations directly?.
