Is something wrong with the website? I've been trying to run through the steps on eonnext.com/move for over a month since moving in to my new home, and when I get to the final stage, the last 'Confirm' button just scrolls me back to the top. I have no idea if I have successfully signed up as a customer or not. There are no errors in the form. WhatsApps, tweets and DMs all summarily ignored so far. No idea what on earth I’m supposed to do.

It depends how long ago you sent messages to customer service as to whether they're being ignored or not. They are completely overwhelmed at present due to the changes introduced on 1st October and a reply can take many days, so you may just still be working your way up the queue.

@JoeSoap is right ⭐ and we were at an extremely busy time so it was taking longer to reply to everything 🤨 but that should not be the case now! Did you get it all sorted?
