    Yes, I received the email thanks. Question: Is my latest bill still in force or has it been withdrawn? "We will request a Direct Debit payment of Β£125.23 on 12th July 2021." If you take that Β£125.23 I will have to invoke the direct debit guarantee. The letter says "you will see this updated on your next bill" which is not good enough.

    Hi @BethS,

    No I did not receive any email, however I do notice that the 'default' charge is now removed from my account.
