I am the new user in EON-NEXT and have been given an account number finally. I am not sure how's it being set-up. When I try to login with the account number and my email, it is not working. I then tried to link the account to my email, still no email (either inbox / spam) could not receive any confirmation. Can anyone help me to check what happen, please? I've been told that is because of the new connection, but not sure then why I got an account number ready.
