The Gas Meter has never communicated any usage information to the IHD nor sent back any readings.
The Electric Meter does communicate with the IHD and that seems to work ok but it doesn't send back readings.
What is the best way to get issues resolved? The electricity meter is my main concern as I'm getting an Electric Vehicle and don't want any issues with my usage/getting EV tariffs.
Firstly, can you let me know what https://smartmetercheck.citizensadvice.org.uk/ says? It's a tool I've recently added to my toolkit and I'm currently road testing it to see whether I can use it properly in the future.
If you can also provide photos of everything, that would be great.

Using that tool: both meters show as working in Smart Mode (both SMETS2).
Attached are pictures of my Electricity Meter, ZigBee Hub and Gas Meter. The Green WAN and HAN LEDs on the ZigBee Hub flash at the same time every 5 seconds or so.
