Hi I currently have under 2 pound left of credit on my electric prepayment smart meter I have no money at all to top up untill next week this is the first time this has happened has anyone been in this situation and gotten help with extra credit and paid it back weekly? Thank you

This looks urgent. Have you tried contacting Customer Service direct? The best I can think of here is to mention @Anasa_EONNext who was posting on the forum not long ago.
Do try another avenue too in order to give yourself the best chance.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -

This is really warming news. With all that’s going on regarding energy at the moment, customers are having a really difficult time making contact with customer services.
I’m really glad you persevered and got through and things worked out as they did.
