Hello - since I was switched to Eon Next I have been submitting weekly readings to keep track of useage and cost. I am on monthly DD but the weekly readings would keep me informed of what to expect, however recently the readings have appeared but no update of the debit/credit. Has something changed or is that a momentary glitch?

Bills are produced once a month and only then will your account balance be updated.

Hey @panhead, bills should be produced on a monthly basis. Have you been having troubles with this? Have you received bills since you moved to us from us ? Sometimes the readings get stuck in the account and we will need to change to correct this.
