Hi Does EON Next have any plans to increase its SEG payment per kwh of 5.5p? This seems rather low as the price per kwh you are charging is around 30p per kwh for electricity.
Hi @Carlos77 Appreciate this is an older thread, however I just wanted to give you an update. We do review SEG prices over the course of a year, with these changes usually happening in and around January. Obviously this year has been a little different, a slightly different approach was taken. I can only put this down to the way the market is at the moment.
It's my understanding that the rate is being looked at and there should be an update hopefully this month or early July. Let me know if you need anything moving forward.

The majority of the SEG tariffs on offer have remained at a steady rate over the last two years, or seen moderate increases. 😊

I applied to EON for SEG in the Summer and it is still not set up.Why does it take 14 weeks! My panels were purchased independently so I only get 3p per unit so hardly a 'moderate increase'. I plan to export as little as possible. I will be fitting a Solar Emersion Heater that re directs energy that would be going to the grid, to my water heater.

nearly three times more then the EON Next SEG rate. Are there plans for the EON Next SEG rate to be increased soon
