I joined in September / October last year. I have a smart electric meter, but my gas meter is not. I previously had a gas leak and my provider at the time said they didnt not have smart gas meters available to fit so they fitted a regular meter (this is many years ago now).
Anyhow, I am click ‘book an appointment’ link on the website for a smart meter and it just sends me to my account page, not to anything to book an appointment. I’ve tried this multiple times over the last few months, on both safari on my iOS devices and Edge on my PC..
How do I get my smart gas meter fitted?
