Why do Eon ignore my electric readings when I send both gas and electric to them?? This has now happened 3 times this year. Yes I double check I have sent all readings and even send another reading the next day but still no show on my bill. How do Eon expect us to keep up with payments when they ignore the most expensive part of the bill???

Thank you Anasa, my brain not functioning properly at the moment being an old git, can you just let me know if you have reduced the costs of both gas and electricity in line with the fall in energy prices? If so would;d it be a good idea to let us know this as I am thinking of switching to get a better deal than at present. Thanks again.

The fall in energy prices does not come into effect until 01 July. Then, your tariff and bills will reflect the new rates.
