I guess the amount of flexibility reflects the unit costs of the tariffs. The best fixed rates are ONLINE DD, so in order to get these good rates we have to sacrifice some perceived benefits.
That is true of Direct Debit in general however it's clear that wouldn't apply anymore to Flexible Direct Debit Now👍
