    So I haven’t had any vouchers yet or I haven’t had any email to say they have updated my details,
    i moved into my property start of march, I have tried to update my personal details but this has still to happen,
    I have the original gas card and electric key from previous owner, numerous emails with the documents that you require and nobody will respond, I’m currently waiting to talk on the phone been waiting an hour and will try again, I’m a single mum and yet to receive any help from eon next, I have kept emails
