I’ve tried to call your customer service but all lines are not working.
I’ve got two prepaid meters in my new home (bought 19/07/2022) with previous owners debt on it.
The card for gas and key for electric meter are present with £0 credit on them.
What should I do? can I top it up and then you will refund the previous debt? I understand that my top ups will forst cover outstanding debt?
