I am in need of gas card and electric key for my meters.

You'll need to contact customer services for that. Ask for TAG Codes for both meters, then take them to any PayPoint shop - you'll need to wait one hour after getting the codes before they'll work. The shopkeeper can use those to program a new electric key and gas card. Once that's done, take them home immediately and insert them into the meters for 90 seconds, following on-screen instructions. Please DO NOT top-up before this is completed.

Once that's done, you can start using them within 10 minutes.

Do you need a device for both meters? If so, have you just moved in? As it's a little odd for you to need replacements of both devices at the same time.
