Prepayment isn't showing on the little screen - called to query as payment not showing therefore not a true balance on hub - get told that I have to go off supply until they can sort it - I work from home and have a fish tank with hundreds of £s of fish in it but that doesn't seem to matter to EoN
Is it ok to be told that I have to go off supply before my issue will be sorted????

If there's a problem with your electricity meter that may require an engineer visit, we can book this when you have 50p credit or less.
Do you know what the exact issue is, and why you may need an engineer to visit? Are you having trouble topping up?
