Hi, a few years ago I was changed to a prepayment meter to repay a debt on my account. I have not had an account statement since November 2020 and my meter is so unclear, I cannot see how much I owe. Would someone be able to assist?

Don't worry! To find out your debt balance you'll need to do the following - Press and hold the red button 'A' until you hear a beep or the display on the meter changes. Now press the red button 'A' again until you get to screen 27. Screen 27 will show you the total debt balance left to pay. - hope this helps! any questions we're over on our social media channels 24/7 - have a fab day 🙂
