Refunded money

    It says in my account that you have refunded me some money but it is not in my account 4 weeks later

    Hi @Patrick999

    I'm sorry to hear that you've not received your refund, there could be a few reasons why this has happened.

    The Community is a space for members to discuss matters amongst each other but I'm not sure this is the right place for you to get an answer on this one. It would be best to contact customer services directly about your refund query so that an Energy Specialist can take a look over your account with you.
