Getting billed twice a month?

    I usually get billed monthly, but I've just received a bill that only covers the most recent two weeks? What's going on? How do I change it back to monthly billing?

    It's a new charge - smaller number - so its definitely not me being charged twice for the same amount.

I've had a quick look and I can see that your smart meter has just has just kicked in and has started to give us reads! so it polled a read at the beginning of June and then one recently which was a scheduled read date, is the 14th of every month a good date for you to be billed? as we can change your reading schedule towards the end of the month if this suits you better πŸ™‚

    Don't worry you won't be charged twice! and it will go back to being once a month - if you have any further account specific questions please get in touch with us via one of our social media channels and one of our lovely Digi Specialist will look into your account for you - have a fab weekend πŸ™‚
