Hi

When my meters were installed in a new build, there was a total c*ckup and the wrong meters were linked to my E.ON Next account and apparently they are looking into it, but it looks like the smart meter was set up incorrectly too.

I am dual fuel and there is only the electric meter showing. I'm not even sure that it's the right meter.

Can anyone tell me how to check/change the meters that are showing on my smart meter monitor, please ?

This is a little erm... Complicated I'm afraid. I can try to help but I'll need to see photos of the meters and In-Home Display first.

I assume you need a full frontal of the meters, but what do you need on the in-Home Display ?
