Hi, my husband has tried to top our meter twice for Β£20 and neither have reached the meter and when a code has been sent out, it has the message but no code to top up. We're running really low on electric now and there's nothing we can do! Please help me with this as it is very frustrating.
I think I can try to ask @Han_EONNext to force through those top-ups. Bear with me and I'll see if I can get her attention.

I have just had a quick look at your account & you're not actually on supply with us for a few more days still. As you are not yet migrated over to us there isn't anything we can do from our side, this means you will have to contact E.ON direct, you can call them on 0345 366 5995 & they will be able to assist you. If they advise you to contact us please let them know your account isn't live with us yet so we are unable to help at this time.
