I'm in the same situation. Tariff changed in April. Rang up Eon Next numerous times and told the IHD would update within 12 weeks (!!). It still hasn't happened and then told I would have to pay £50 for a new In Home display! Clearly Eon are not interested in helping people manage their energy usage and just after more money...

Hi @Cotters I'm really sorry to hear about this - this is an an unusual response from customer services if you were only referring to the tariff - the suggestion to purchase a new Ivie Bud IHD would only usually be said if the IHD you have is broken and outside of the 12 month warranty of the meters being installed (we would replace this for free within 12 months, and just to mention also, the cost of the new IHD from Ivie Bud isn't payable to E.ON Next)

I can't locate your account from here using the email address you've used to sign up to the Community. If you can please email us at community@eonnext.com one of the team or myself will be able to get back to you there so we can take a look into this with you.

@NigelH - The same applies to yourself with the above, I can't locate your account, so if you could also pop us an email to the above address, we can get back to you there too
