if your bill is estimated the reason is that no actual readings are available to be used. Smart meters are far from infallible and you may not even have one but in your situation you might be better off posting readings yourself via your account. Best to post readings 5-6 days before your billing date.Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -
