I have the on line app , was always able to get my account but not the fit account . Contacted eon and eventually got the fit account added ( all be it a very basic version)

now when I go on the app I can log in , but it says there improving the app for fit users .. this has being going on for a long time

is this correct or have I got a bug / clitch ?

As far as I'm aware, the app doesn't currently support FiT accounts. You'll need to use the web version.

So why can’t I get past the picture above ? Even to view my normal electric account ??

😡. Put app on 2 iPads .. and there both showing the same as first post picture .. very annoying

Technology is a right pain when it doesn't work isn't it? We feel it too sometimes if it's not doing what it's meant to. 😫
Important updates needed to be done and bug fixes sent. 🐛

Could you try going to the app via settings and clearing the cache. Then uninstall and reinstall and let me know what happens? 🤞

the 2 iPads I installed the app on were fresh installs too .. and they are still showing the picture at the beginning of this thread

Actually Beki, the option to clear cache and clear data does not exist on iOS/iPadOS. Only Android offers that feature!

On top of that, iCloud has a habit of automatically restoring app data upon reinstall too. Just saying.
