I have had a smart meter installed in March and am trying to submit meter readings but I can’t see any reference to the night rate.
I’ve checked on the meter outside and my IHD.
Just before the price cap, I upgraded my water tank and it’s settings and I’m now trying to prevent Eon’s ridiculous proposal for a new DD. Have I had a single rate meter installed?

The installer usually leaves a card or sticky label showing the old readings and the new on or by the meters. Evidently there should be readings for both day and night - are there?
If you had a two tier meter before you should have had it replaced with the same facility on your new meter. If not Eon Next will be overcharging you and will be liable to make adjustments to your bill s to recognise their error.
Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
If you could show me photos of your meters, I'll be able to grab the instructions you're after for this.
