increase in bills

    I need to speak to someone for the x2 time after an email has been sent to increase my bills again ????

    Your bills are simply your consumption times the current prices. Those should be a factual matter.

    If you mean your direct debits then while these also relate to consumption times price, the consumption is an assessment of future use and thus can never be precise. If you want to challenge a DD assessment, you need a sound logical argument to support your case. The amount of a DD should be fair and reasonable, but virtually all consumers are having to face historically high charges because the price of energy has risen so much.

    Nobody likes it, but that's the way things are. So arm yourself with facts before you contact customer services.
