Sorry for the delay, I must have missed this notification.

The backlogs for the smart team have grown considerably, so we're still looking at about a month until they'll get to the request for your account. I'll keep you updated but also wanted to reassure you we are taking a look at the overall process as waiting months for a team to look into an issue isn't the E.ON Next way!

Looks like it's all fixed and working ok now @MrFowler - I can see the team have been in and made some changes and we've managed to get 2 readings from the electricity meter so far this month 😀
