I can't get my payments to credit the meter. Money taken from bank account and shows on payment history but no UTRN number. Already in emergency credit.

It can sometime take a couple of hours to show on your meter, the credit should be in our back screens. If this happens again it would be best to get in touch with our customer service teams, if you go off supply please let us know and we will act as fast as possible.

Level 125-09-22I've had the same problem today. Topped up £30 this morning, but it has not been credited to our account. Worried the meters will run out. -
