I’ve noticed that our smart meter display is still showing the pre 1st April tariff. Will this update itself to the new post April tariff? I’m on variable

Hi everyone! 😄 Sorry to hear if your tariff hasn't updated on your In Home Display unit just yet. These messages have been sent out in batches. Most have been sent out on 3rd April and for those that haven't they will be sent out over the next few days. Your IHD will update at midnight each night, so depending on when the message is sent out to your display unit, this will update the following day. Please allow up to the 15th April for this to take place. If this doesn't happen, please get in touch with us so an Energy Specialist can ensure the price update has been sent to your meter(s) You can contact our energy specialists via Facebook or Twitter for the fastest response. Howdy! Peter has asked me to hold back on IHD Tariff Updates for a bit, so I can't make those requests right now. If it's still not fixed by the 15th April though, please let me know and I'll queue up yet more fixes between the moderators.

I thought that might be the case. If your meters and/or IHD still haven't updated yet, please post in this thread and I'll spread the load between the moderators.

Same here, Fixed contract ended on the 13th May and switched to flex with no tariff update on IHD. Don't mind paying at the previous rate though!

If only that were true there wouldn't be so many people on here complaining about the rates not being updated!

Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters.
