Sorry to hear if your tariff hasn't updated on your In Home Display unit just yet.
These messages have been sent out in batches. Most have been sent out on 3rd April and for those that haven't they will be sent out over the next few days.
Your IHD will update at midnight each night, so depending on when the message is sent out to your display unit, this will update the following day.
Please allow up to the 15th April for this to take place. If this doesn't happen, please get in touch with us so an Energy Specialist can ensure the price update has been sent to your meter(s)

@Kellybetts I am not sure if this is relevant but -
EON specifically stated in there information re what the display would show that -
"Your display will use your exact unit rate, however this won't take into account any standing charges, discounts or VAT, so the cost that is shown will not exactly match that shown on your bill."
Since being moved to Eon Next VAT is now included @ 5% nobody told me of this change?
I have joined this community for the exact same thing
my display is showing my previous tarif and not the new higher tarif I’ve fixed on, so the readings for use age mean nothing
Would it be possible for my display to be updated and my new tariffs added? Thanks
