FIT Tariff missing from my account.

    Hi My FIT tariff has been moved from EON to EON Next. I have logged on to sainsburys energy (EON Next) and can not find my Fit tariff details. To compound the problem, I was told to change my FIT email associated with my FIT account so I can log in. This was done but no up to date details are there. I can not find the NEW FIT tariff. I can not find any mention of my payments. I would like the to just use one system for both of my accounts. I have a FIT account and an Sainsburys energyu account and a EON Next account.

    Deb here 👋 Sorry for the delayed response the community isn't always manned so sometimes it takes a bit longer for a reply. Unfortunately we are unable to link them due to one being Sainsbury's & the other being E.ON Next (different entities as they are still trading as Sainsbury's even though they are run by E.ON Next). This would mean that each account would have to have a different email address as you will need separate log ins for each account.

    If you contact Sainsbury's Energy direct through their social media or contact our E.ON Next energy specialists through Facebook, Twitter or Instagram they will be able to look into this further for you & help you get logged in 😊 both Sainsbury's & E.ON Next digi teams are available 7 days from 8am - 10pm.
