Advice for Feed in Tariff customer

    Dear All

    Thank you for reading this and for any help.
    I moved house in Oct 20, to the house I still live in.
    It has solar panels and was part of the npower FiT scheme.
    I filled in forms at the time for npower to transfer the panels etc over to me.

    Thinking about it now, I do not think that I ever heard anything back from npower...and now of course I am looking to chase this up and to understand my FiT system....but I see that npower no longer exists!

    Will I now be an e-on customer? But I have heard nothing from them?

    Thank you for any thoughts or help.

    Deb here 😊 I would suggest that you contact our solar team directly as they specialise in this so will be able to give you the correct information. You can call them on 0808 501 5218 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Excluding bank holidays)
