ihd not up to date

    I changed to a fixed rate, V11, at the end of February, which is the same price as the capped rate from 1 April. Although my account says that I am on V11, my in house display is still showing the price pre. the change to V11. I have had a statement for the end of March and it looks like I have been charged the correct amount, judging by the KWh used. It is impossible to get in touch with Eon Next. I did search online to reset my IHD, but it was useless.
