- where is my FIT history?
- where can I view my contract?
- where is the search function for the whole site?
- where is there a phone number to talk to somebody?

I found same thing you try phoning and emailing you don’t get any answer.
Eon don’t actually want your business. Move to Octopus. Everything is far better and it’s cheaper
*delivered with heavy sarcasm* Nothing in this pit is cheap! No matter which company or service, shareholders seem to expect their fat bonuses (not sure what they have done to deserve them) and the execs are probably used to a big salary too. Unfortunately, with current government that's what you get here. Tories love their privatisation, and in their world anything worth having is worth paying for. Unfortunately, that doesn't take account of the many people who are currently unable to pay for very much at all, due to having lost their income and/or health in the pandemic.
The massive price raises have simply heightened pressure on everyone apart from the already extremely over-wealthy, and the internet has just about fallen over here today under the strain of end of year increased traffic. Ho hum.
I didn’t say cheap, I said cheaper. But you decided to have a rant about politics when I was suggesting a practical way to save money. As useful as most of the opposition politicians in this country at the moment.

@chrisbazl stop paying your bill, they will soon get in touch, then you can decide what terms are correct and get answers to your questions.
That may result in being referred to a debt collection agency for payment; the consequence of putting one's credit file and score in jeopardy with a potential for a County Court Judgement to boot.
