Sorry to have to tell you that a few days is more like the waiting time for a WhatsApp contact than 2 hours right now. Customer service are completely overwhelmed at present.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
I been trying to contact you to all the channel available since last week because of my energy bill inquiry. I called you numerous times but no reply I just waiting there waiting for almost 45 minutes no reply. I send messages to your Facebook and what’app still no reply. I even send you email still up to now ni reply.
this time I have to register to this community just to get intouch with you again.
Can one of you get intouch with me ASAP because im not really happy with the way you handle your customer inquiry.
unless we have eon next in our handle we're volunteers with no means of accessing your account or data. So unless you post what the issue is we can't help. The forum isn't intended as a backdoor into customers services although in extreme cases we can assist in prising open something.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

You could try posting your query here and we fellow customers could have a go at helping.
I have contacted you through watts app and no one has looked at it since the first reply which is probably automated. Tried hanging on the phone and there is only so long you can sit with the annoying music not knowing what position you’re in on the phone!
